As our latest hire, Sam brings the energy and drive of youth along with a wealth of knowledge in the senior housing, and skilled nursing sectors to our team. Sam has leveraged his strong analytic and interpersonal skills to manage and execute nearly $1B of complex transactions in his four years in the senior housing business. His experience has centered on distressed/turnaround situations and new construction as well as stabilized communities. Most recently, Sam served as Assistant Vice President at Hunt Real Estate Capital, where he focused on its proprietary lending and agency debt platforms as well as advisory services including restructuring, and senior and mezzanine debt and equity placement. Prior to Hunt, Sam structured, negotiated, and executed senior and mezzanine debt and equity solutions in the senior housing and healthcare sectors at Red Capital/ORIX and Contemporary Healthcare Capital. |
